Workshop licence · last updated 8 October 2026
One licence.
Room to build.
The same base licence covers Free, Pro, Student, Founders and paid kits. Plans change access, not ownership. Company and platform invoices record approved seats and embedding scope under this licence.
You can
- Use released, licensed downloads in personal and commercial projects.
- Modify meshes, materials and parameters to fit your scene.
- Ship assets as part of a game, app, film, image or finished client project.
- Share files with named collaborators covered by your approved seats, only to build that project.
- Keep using licensed downloads after cancellation.
You cannot
- Sell, gift or publish the original or modified files as a standalone asset library.
- Let customers extract or download the files as a substitute for this library.
- Share a seat or paid access key across unrelated creators.
- Run an end-user asset editor, library mirror or redistribution service without an approved platform scope.
- Claim our source work as your own or remove the provenance record to conceal its origin.
What you keep after cancelling
What you download stays yours to use under this licence after you cancel. Keep your files and their version records. Cancellation ends future paid catalogue access; it does not revoke licensed copies you already received. It does not transfer copyright, permit standalone resale, or promise future re-download hosting.
The record belongs to a version
The licence attaches to the delivered version, not an unfinished preview. For example, downloading a piece at v1.0 lets you use that delivered v1.0 under its recorded terms. A later v1.1 has its own delivery and licence record; your receipt is not proof that you received v1.1.
Check the piece’s provenance, version, formats and delivery status before downloading. A catalogue preview or paid access does not mean every export is released.
Teams, embedding and platforms
Embedding a finished scene in your app or game is different from offering an asset editor to end users. Company Studio covers approved creator seats and finished-project embedding. Company Platform requires a reviewed integration and an agreed end-user limit. Neither allows a standalone downloadable asset marketplace.
Platform hosting rights and team seats follow the active approved scope; keeping a downloaded file does not extend a cancelled platform service agreement. End users may see and build within the approved experience, not receive raw library files for reuse elsewhere.

Keep the licence and version record alongside your project. Paid orders have their invoice and certificate in My Forge. Attribution is welcome, not required by this base licence; preserve provenance when sharing source files with your covered collaborators.
A pending request is not a receipt, licence certificate or payment. Ownership of the artwork remains with its authors; you receive the permission described here.
