A guild bar, published in the open.

Anyone can list ten thousand assets. We publish the bar we judge against, the pipeline that enforces it, and the number of candidates it turns away. If a pack carries a hallmark, it came through all of this — which is the whole reason you can trust it sight unseen.

The gauntlet

  1. The brief and the bar

Every candidate starts with a written brief and the bar it must clear: tri budget, texel density, rig standard, and the shot it has to read in.

  2. Builder versus critic

One pass builds the case for the asset. A second pass exists only to break it — silhouette, topology, seams, scale, whether it reads at four metres in a dim room.

  3. The Unity ritual

FBX and GLB both import into a clean Unity 2022 LTS project. Any console warning is a rejection, not a note.

  4. Prove it in the kit

The asset is placed in its kit's scene beside its neighbours, where a wrong size or a clashing colour shows at a glance. The flagship kit's grid, scale and palette are checked by script.

  5. Stamp and manifest

The hallmark goes on and the provenance manifest is generated — production lane, pipeline, AI disclosure, gates passed. The spec sheet on the plate page is that manifest, rendered.

The written bar

SILHOUETTE
Readable in solid black at 64px. If you cannot name it as a shape, it does not ship.
TRI BUDGET
Characters ≤ 9K, props ≤ 2K, modules ≤ 6K. Over budget needs a written exception.
TEXEL DENSITY
Consistent within a pack, 512 px/m. Mixed density inside one pack is an automatic rejection.
RIGS
Humanoid-compatible bone names, retarget tested, no scale baked into the skeleton.
PIVOTS
Floor-centre for props, connection-face for kit modules, zeroed transforms on export.
DISCLOSURE
Where AI assisted, the manifest says exactly where. Generated geometry never ships unedited.
